Here, Technical details , design and manufacture of single girder cranes according to is:807,is:3177, 2062, 4137 which are for safety considerations design and construction of the frame which forms the base are welded and bolted type.
Design: is enhanced through cad which gives exact & perfect visualization and theoretical analysis of our design
structure: fabricated from specified steels, is 2062grade are cut to needed sizes and undergo surface treatment process before finally being used.
gear-boxes: which have gear train are hob cut and heat treated for less wear and tear.
rope drum: made up of seamless pipe and machine pipe grooved mounted on self-align ball bearings for smooth running. Rope guide is provided for winding of rope in drum groove.
end carriages: are of robust construction, standardized according to design aspect which gives perfect alignments, parallelism and perpendicularity of the wheels
wheels:are flanged according to is specification and are made from chrome molybdenum steel and are hardened to 40 hrc. Wheels are shrunk fit on their axles. The crane wheels are housed in a l type assembly which are fitted in such a way so as to ensure easy replacement.
brakes: brakes designed are of electro-hydraulic thruster brakes particularly for use in overhead traveling cranes located suitably. In traveling motions electro magnetic fail-to-safe shoe / disc type brakes are mounted directly on motors.
limit switches: snap action type roller switches.
cabin: as per specifications provided cabin are suspended either on one side or in the middle of the crane. Cabin is provided with all the control with emergency switches to meet emergency requirement.
